This is a great savings potential for families who want to spend a day at the museum. There are several days during the calendar year when the museum offers free admission to all visitors: On the first Saturday evening of every month the Louvre offers free admission to visitors between 6:00-9:p.

The best way to visit the Louvre Museum is, first of all, not to enter in the Louvre by the pyramid entrance ! If you want to take wonderful pictures of the Pyrami feel free to exit the museum by this entrance, but do not come in by it. It is constantly incredibly crowded and the queues are extremely long!

The Louvre is free on the 1st Sunday of each month (minus admission to Hall Napoleon). I was planning on purchasing tickets in advance for the Louvre through Ticketweb, which is linked to the the louvre.

I understand from the Louvre website that there is no admission fee for visitors under years old but that you have to get a " free admission ticket upon presentation of vaild ID at the museum ticket window". Open to all, Louvre Abu Dhabi has been designed with many special facilities to accommodate the diverse needs of its visitors. Wheelchairs and strollers are available for complimentary loan during your visit, from the Loan Desk opposite the Boutique.
